頭盤點了生牛肉。想吃牛油果,只有拼帶子和橙的沙律,不吃橙,算了。生牛肉好像欠了調味,那種不是首次吃的濃味菜葉又怪。有一粒粒那種極鹹的醃「瓜」(忘了名稱),還有完全不夠的焦糖豉油汁。
友人吃龍蝦湯。他吃一啖,大叫:「shit!原來全球的龍蝦湯也是這麼鹹的!」
主菜是煎鵝肝拼牛扒。嘩,牛扒超大件,又是冇味的!嚇壞人。medium rare 當然不會韌,但冇味,再嫩都沒意思。(註:我是不會自己落手加鹽的。)鵝肝卻超好味。
友人的燴牛膝拼 risotto,算了。
甜品我選了 gelato,cherry 太甜。strawberry 尚 OK。
友人的是 meringue,這種甜點我根本不會掂。沒有文化。
至於這頓飯是否一個美好的經歷?
嗯,我對那盤麵包、焗香軟原隻十瓣蒜頭、basil 蓉、黑菌碎和 balsamic vinegar 比較有興趣。
