歸根究底,不是因為運動太少(雖然我真的不算常常運動那種人),而是以前真的不知道筋要常拉。
中一時跳土風舞,勉強可以摀低身用手捉住腳踭。然而沒有保持下去,很快,中三體育考試坐地向前伸直手,最遠只能碰到小腿,不合格。
現在?幾乎九十度角坐着都只覺「剛剛好」。
看人家跳舞熱身,無論任何動作都可以額頭觸地,只覺不可思議。
同事嚇我說:「筋咁硬,好大鑊。」
我想是的,肢體柔軟一點,只有好沒有壞。
如果生兒育女,相信柔韌度高也是好處(儘管不知好在哪裏)。
只是實在懶,不知道有甚麼動作有幫助,到現在還是偶爾記起才在床上拉拉腿那樣。
無藥可救。
